- • Only projects completed within the five-year period preceding the submission date are eligible.
- • Each participant may submit no more than one project per subcategory.
- • Only photographs of completed projects are accepted. Renderings, visualizations, and other computer-generated images are not eligible.
- • Only completed projects finalized within the eligibility period specified by the Award are accepted.
- • All eligible submissions will be published in the official PRISMA Cyprus Design Awards catalogue, including the author (or design team), studio name, and links to the participant's official website and/or social media.
- • By submitting an entry, the participant confirms that they are the author of the project or are authorized to submit it on behalf of the author or design studio. The participant further confirms that they hold all necessary rights to the submitted materials, including photographs, drawings, and videos, and accepts full responsibility for the accuracy of the information provided. By submitting an entry, the participant grants PRISMA the right to use the submitted materials in the Award catalogue and official Award communications.
- • The Organizing Committee reserves the right to disqualify any submission at any stage of the Awards process, including after the winners have been announced, if it is determined that:
- - authorship has been falsely or misleadingly represented;
- - the participant does not hold the necessary rights to the submitted materials;
- - the project does not meet the Award's eligibility requirements;
- - false or misleading information has been provided in the submission;
- - the participant has attempted to manipulate or interfere with the voting or judging process.
